POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 lb. (approximately) boneless, skinless chicken, pulled into pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 stack (1/3 of box) crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Place chicken in a casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream; spoon over chicken. Melt butter and mix with crackers and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with flat or curly noodles.
