BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/4 c. Half and Half
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. pork bulk sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Separate dough and press into pizza pan. Add crumbled sausage, thawed potatoes, and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with Half and Half, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over entire pizza and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
