BREWED ICED TEA 
1 qt. water
12 tea bags
2 qt. cold water
1 c. sugar

Heat water to boiling. Have tea bags ready. When water boils, remove water from heat, add tea bags to water. Steep 5-10 minutes. Transfer tea bags from hot water to cold water. Add sugar to hot water. Stir to dissolve. Take tea bags out of cold water. Squeeze excess water from bags. Throw bags away. Add hot mix to cold mix. Stir to combine. Put in pitcher.

(If hot water mix cools too much and sugar will not dissolve, heat mix slightly, not too much, tea will be strong.)
