FRESH FRUIT SALAD WITH POPPY
SEED DRESSING
 
POPPY SEED DRESSING:

1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. poppy seed
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

SALAD:

1 c. blueberries
2 med. nectarines, sliced
2 med. oranges, peeled, sliced
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced

In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake-well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Arrange salad ingredients on individual plates. Serve with dressing. Makes 4 servings.
