GLAZED TURNIPS 
6 white turnips
6 tbsp. concentrated chicken broth
2 tbsp. honey
Dill
White pepper

Peel and slice the turnips quite thin. Lay them in an ovenproof plate. Add 4 tablespoons of the chicken broth.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 8 minutes, turning the plate every 2 minutes.

Combine the honey with the rest of the broth. Pour over the turnips and microwave 4 minutes uncovered, turning the plate halfway through the process. Let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle with dill and white pepper before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
