CRISPY BAR 
3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
3 c. corn flakes
1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

TOPPING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and Karo syrup to boil. Take off heat; add peanut butter. Add to cereal. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt topping; spread on cereal mixture.
