KARPASZTAS TESZTA 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 c. noodles, uncooked
2 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt

In a large frying pan, saute onions in butter, add cabbage. Cook until tender. Cook noodles in salted boiling water. Drain and add to onion and cabbage mixture. Fry bacon until crisp; drain off grease and blot. Add to cabbage. Add seasonings to taste. Keep at low heat until ready to serve.
