1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. corn meal
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. sugar

Stir together all above ingredients. Let sit 20 minutes before cooking. Have grease get real hot. Drop 1 teaspoon at a time into grease and fry until golden brown.
