EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. crumbled saltine crackers (one single pkg.) 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned and cut up (about 4 1/2 to 6 c.) 1 stick butter 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese Put crumbled crackers in bottom of a 13 x 2 x 9 inch dish. Place chicken on crackers; pour melted butter over all. Combine soups and sour cream; pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Serves 6. |
