1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 small pkg. dried beef
garlic or onion salt

Dice dried beef and mix with cream cheese. Add a dash of garlic or onion salt to taste. Blend all ingredients together and roll in a ball. May be sprinkled with dried parsley or paprika for decoration. Chill until firm. Slice and serve with crackers.
