GREEN CHILE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 onion, chopped small
1 can green chiles, drained
2 c. ground cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic salt

Cook beef and onion until beef is browned, drain. Sprinkle beef in uncooked pie shell, top with green chiles and cheese. Combine last four ingredients and mix well. Pour over other ingredients in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
