DEVILED CLAMS 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, minced
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 cans minced clams

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add pepper, oregano, bread crumbs and two cans of clams, but add only the juice of one can of clams. Mix together and put into clam shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees on baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
