DANISH CHRISTMAS CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 (11 1/2 oz.) macaroons 1/2 pt. whipping cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1 (1 lb.) can vanilla pudding 1 (10 oz.) jar current jelly 2 tbsp. vanilla Bake cake in two 9 inch layer pans. Cool, cut each layer horizontal. Crush macaroons and add to pudding. Assemble cake - 1st layer with 1/2 cup pudding, 2nd layer with current jelly, 3rd layer with pudding, frost cake with whipping cream. |
