GRAPE NUTS CRUST 
1 1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
2 oz. concentrated frozen apple juice, thawed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or spice of choice

Filling of choice such as no-bake cheesecake, stove top cooked berry pie, or fruit tart.

Combine ingredients and mix with fork until evenly moist. Press into 9 inch pie tin. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Watch carefully first time, your oven may differ.

For larger or smaller pies or tarts, pour dry Grape Nuts into tin of choice to thickness desired. Measure, adjust recipe and proceed. From U of Texas Health Letter.
