GRAPE NUTS PUFF PUDDING 
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Grape Nuts
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Add lemon peel to butter. Cream with sugar. Beat egg yolks, add to butter mixture and beat thoroughly. Add lemon juice, flour, Grape Nuts and milk. Mix well. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Turn into a greased baking dish. Place over hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Surface of pudding should be puffed and slightly crisp while the bottom is custard-like in texture. 6 servings.
