GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
1 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. boiling water

Whip together in 3 quart baking dish first 5 ingredients, then add milk. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown and set, 35-45 minutes. For topping, stir flour and sugar together, add boiling water and boil a few minutes until thick. Add butter and stir until melted. Pour over lukewarm pudding. Serves 10.
