STRUDEL 
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks, reserve whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans pie filling, any flavor

Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and butter together with pastry blender. Mix sour cream, baking soda, egg yolks and vanilla in separate bowl. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Divide into 2 balls. Press larger ball into a 10x15 baking pan.

Top with pie filling. Roll smaller ball out. Spread with egg whites. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut into strips. Place strips on filling in lattice style. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
