TUNA SALSA 
This is a great after-workout snack. The tuna salsa dip is high in protein and low in fat. The salsa and pepper add a flavor boost to tuna without adding mayo, cheese etc.

1 can tuna in water
4 oz. restaurant style salsa
pinch of fresh ground black pepper
fresh chopped basil
restaurant style tortilla chips

Combine tuna, salsa, and pepper into a bowl. Stir well. Enjoy as a dip for the tortilla chips.

Add a handful of blended Mexican cheese for extra flavor. Toss well.
