PRUNE BREAD 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 junior size jar of baby food with tapioca and prunes
2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour plus 1 tbsp.

Mix in order given. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream on top.
