NO FAIL CHEESE SOUFFLE 
7 or 8 slices white bread (cubed)
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
Salt to taste
1/2 c. butter

Butter deep baking dish. Layer cubed bread and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Mixture should be 3/4 to 1 inch from top of dish.

Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight or a few hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve soon after it is removed from oven. Serves 8.
