BUTTERSCOTCH BARS | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 c. marshmallows, cut up 1 c. butterscotch chips 3 tbsp. peanut butter In saucepan, bring sugar, eggs and butter to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in cracker crumbs and marshmallows. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1 cup butterscotch chips and peanut butter over hot water. Spread on top of crumbs. Cool. Cut into bars. |
