BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Then remaining ingredients except butterscotch morsels. Mix well. Spread into lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake 30-40 minutes.
