LAYERED HAMBURGER 
4 oz. (3 c.) skinny noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1/2 c. shredded natural cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water until tender. Brown meat. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper and cooked noodles. Set aside.

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion. In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer 1/2 of noodle mixture, cheese mix, all of spinach and remaining noodle mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and spread cheddar cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes more. Cooks well in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
