| MOM'S CARAMEL SWEET POTATOES | |

1 lg. can sweet potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour Marshmallows Nuts 1 c. cream Put sweet potatoes in casserole dish. Mix salt, brown sugar, butter and flour. Sprinkle mix over potatoes. Cover with marshmallows and nuts. Pour cream over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. | |
