PORK AND PAPRIKA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. pork meat, cubed
1 c. onion, thickly sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. paprika
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. hot water
Cornstarch, as needed

Mix the pork, onion, mushrooms and green pepper into a deep ovenproof dish. Add the paprika and the bouillon cubes which have been dissolved in the hot water. Cover tightly and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Thicken the casserole with a cornstarch paste. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
