2 qt. orange juice
1 qt. pineapple juice
1 qt lemonade
1 pt. med. sugar syrup (1 c. sugar, 1 c. water)
3 bananas, mashed

Mix together freeze, serve with 1 quart ginger ale. Best if made with Minute Maid frozen juice (no sugar) mixed as directed on can.
