BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. crushed saltines

Thaw frozen vegetables by steaming for a few minutes. Add beaten egg, milk, chopped onion, soups, crackers, butter and shredded cheese. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers and shredded cheese. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, until firm and light brown on top.
