MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. white sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
3 tbsp. imitation vanilla

Mix all together and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with 5 ounces of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Let cool, then cover with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together, then spread on top of cake.
