POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 box Super Moist Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix 1/2 c. oil 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 box Royal Toasted Coconut Instant Pudding (available only at Winn-Dixie) 4 eggs, added one at a time 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine butter pecan cake mix, coconut pudding, oil, eggs and hot water. Mix all together with mixer for 3 minutes. Add poppy seeds and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until brown. Do not grease and flour pan. Makes 2 large or 5 mini loaves. |
