MOCK POUND CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 3 c. sifted self rising cake flour 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and cream cheese together; gradually add sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and blend well. Add sifted flour alternately with milk, blending well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done. |
