BROCCOLI PIE 
1/2 c. instant milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbsp. flour
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except stock. Add slowly; mix to smooth. Cook over low heat until thick. 1 c. white sauce Pepper to taste 2 c. cooked broccoli 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 lg. tomato, sliced

Cover bottom of non-stock dish with rice. Mix together broccoli and white sauce, cheese, and pepper. Arrange tomatoes over rice and pour broccoli mixture over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
