EGG-SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
1 lb. lean pork sausage
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices white bread
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 to 1 c. onions (optional)
Green peppers (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)

Brown sausage and drain. Line 9x13 inch greased casserole dish with bread. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
