SPINACH CASSEROLE (Easy) 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. butter, melted and seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs (half plain, half seasoned)
3/4 tsp. sage

Cook and drain spinach well.

Mix softened cream cheese with half of butter and add to spinach.

Grease a 9 inch pyrex pie plate or small shallow casserole. Pour in spinach mixture.

Add remaining butter to bread crumbs and sage. Spread over top of spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-5.
