CUSTARD PUDDING 
4 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Nutmeg

Heat 4 cups milk in a saucepan just to steaming, but not boiling. Meanwhile, beat 6 eggs in an oven casserole until well mixed. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Slowly pour in hot milk and mix well. Shake nutmeg on the top. Put the casserole in a pan which has an inch of water in it. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
