ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
3/4 stick butter
6 slices fresh bread, cubed in melted butter
2 cans chicken noodle soup
2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 (5 oz.) or 1 (13 oz.) can boned chicken, cubed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Melt butter, then toss cubed bread in butter. Add the soups, boned chicken and beaten eggs. Put in baking dish and top with cracker crumbs mixed in melted butter.

Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour. May be cut in half.
