ESCALLOP CHICKEN 
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. butter
1 c. rich milk
3/4 c. flour

Add milk to broth, blend in the flour and butter.

5 c. chicken
2 c. bread crumbs, dry or toasted
4 stalks celery
1 carrot
Sm. onion

Place a layer of chicken, then dry bread crumbs and vegetables. Pour gravy over top with bread crumbs. Bake until brown.
