HEART HEALTHY SEAFOOD DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. white fish (haddock, scrod, sole)
8 shrimp, cleaned
1/2 c. Alfredo sauce (prepared)
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chopped scallions
Pam

Additions or substitutions, lobster or crabmeat.

Before putting fish in baking dish spray with Pam. Arrange shrimp on fish. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 20 to 25 minutes. Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish. While fish is baking, heat Alfredo sauce, wine and scallions. When fish is done, pour sauce over fish and serve. Serves 2.
