SHIPWRECK STEW 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1/2 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
Salt and pepper
1 onion, cut into lg. chunks
1 c. mushrooms, cut into pieces

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato soup
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
2 c. water

Add all ingredients, cook slowly until potatoes are done. This is a good recipe for a crock pot.
