VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can French green beans 1 can LeSueur peas 1 can shoe peg corn 1 chopped onion 1 bell pepper, diced 1 sm. jar pimento 2 c. chopped celery 3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 capfuls vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooking oil Drain vegetables. Add celery, pepper, onions and pimento. Bring sugar, vinegar, oil and salt to boil. Pour hot mixture over vegetables and marinate overnight. |
