CREAMY CHEESE AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 head fresh broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
2/3 c. water

Cook broccoli in 2/3 cup water; keep water. Cook soup, milk and remaining water. Stir in cheese until melted. Mix in broccoli. Heat and serve. Makes approximately 6 servings.
