SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen California Blend vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (can substitute Mozzarella cheese)
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried onions
Pepper to taste

Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1-quart size casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5-8 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
