COMPANY CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. pkg. "no yolk" egg noodles 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean) 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. cottage cheese 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. lite sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper Cook noodles according to package. Brown the beef and drain grease. Stir in tomato sauce. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper to the browned beef. Cook over low heat, until well blended. Bake in a Dutch oven pot, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
