HOMEMADE CHILI DIP | |
1 can Hormel chili (without beans) 1 onion (med. sized) 1 sm. bell pepper (take seeds out) 1 jalapeno pepper (take seeds out) 3/4 to 1 lb. chunk med. cheddar cheese Black olives (optional) Saute onions and peppers until they are brown (in butter). Cut cheese in chunks. Mix with chili and stir constantly until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. |
