HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. catsup
2 sm. cloves garlic
2 lg. cans pinto beans
Dash red pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Cook beef in large skillet until light brown; pour off fat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes. Add catsup, garlic, beans, seasoning and 1 bean can water. Simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
