APPLE CRUMB PIE 
1 pie crust, unbaked
4-5 large tart apples, peeled, sliced (Granny Smith works well)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Place crust in pie pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon with sliced apples and place in pie crust. Cut topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of pie.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F, then 40 minutes at 350°F.
