HOPSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lg. can shoestring potatoes

Melt butterscotch over hot (not boiling) water. Stir in peanut butter. Add marshmallows and shoestring potatoes. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper and chill until serving time.
