3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cored, peeled, chopped apples
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs and mayo. Beat with mixer at low speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl frequently. Batter will be thick. Add apples, raisins and walnuts; mix with wooden spoon. Place in greased and floured 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Serve with whipped topping. Yield: 12 servings, may use light mayo.
