CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 head green cabbage
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Top Ramen, uncooked
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. each green and red pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery (more if desired)
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Dressing

Chop or slice cabbage. Add all of the above (except dressing). Breakup the uncooked Top Ramen. Just before serving add dressing and toss.

DRESSING:

2 pkgs. seasoning from Top Ramen
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Pepper "pinch" and garlic salt

Mix all together and let sit for at least a 1/2 hour.
