1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 (9-inch) pie crust
whipped cream

Combine peanut butter, vanilla and melted butter in bowl. Blend well. In large bowl place the eggs, corn syrup and sugar. Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir the 2 mixtures together until completely blended. Pour into the pie shell and bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes; lower temperature to 325°F and bake for 35-40 minutes longer, or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire rack.
