CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. raw cranberries
2 med. size apples
2 lg. ribs celery
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. (more if desired) Cool Whip

Grind or use food chopper cranberries, apples and celery. Add sugar, pecans and marshmallows; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving add Cool Whip. Delicious with all meats.
